An ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience representing financial institutions in commercial lending. Knowledge of factoring is a plus. The practice includes asset-based and other secured lending, trade finance, some commercial real estate lending, and cross-border transactions. Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of commercial lending experience
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the NY bar
