Job Title: Quality Control Inspector III

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with control engineering standards, and providing technical guidance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the technical decision-maker on behalf of our client
• Review and approve work performed by construction companies
• Oversee civil structural work for cable trays and conduits
• Supervise Instrument & Electrical (I&E) work and instrument installation
• Provide guidance for control engineering efforts, including construction supervision, project work inspection, and cutover activities supervision
• Track engineered drawing redlines during construction, cutover, and commissioning
Skills Required:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Electrician or Instrument Technician, with at least 5 years in construction supervision
• Ability to review and field verify I&E drawings; experience as an I&E Designer is a plus
• Familiarity with PHSMA, OSHA, and industry standards related to control engineering
• Expert knowledge in Industry Standards such as NFPA 70, NEC Articles, API RP 500, API RP 540, NFPA 496, NFPA 497, NFPA 70E
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp Enterprise Standards and Specifications relating to I&E design and work
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and capable of learning new applications quickly
• Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, able to work both independently and with others in the organization
• Physical ability to perform light work, including lifting a minimum of 20 pounds occasionally, and the ability to reach overhead, stoop, bend, and twist while working
