Messner Reeves LLP, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Orange County.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Must be well versed in both federal and state court procedure and filing requirements, to include E-Filing in federal court.
- Research proficient, pre-trial prep, and trial assistance experience.
- Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendaring for attorney meetings, court deadlines, and depositions
- Must demonstrate a strong worth ethic and consistent schedule.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' Paralegal Experience
- Insurance Defense Experience
- Must be located in Orange County, California
