Job Title: Kinaxis Rapid Response System Lead and Solution Consultant
Location: Remote (Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, IN, KY, NC, SC, or TX)

We are seeking a talented individual to play a crucial role in this multi-workstream initiative, sitting within Global Supply Planning as a Kinaxis system lead and solution consultant. The successful candidate will oversee all Kinaxis projects and act as a technology integrator between SAP S/4 Hana and our current supply planning system, Kinaxis Rapid Response. This role will be accountable for understanding, designing, testing, and implementing the changes required in Rapid Response to enable the development of SAP S/4 Hana. As part of this role, you will also lead the development of a multi-year technology roadmap within Global Supply Planning, managing select projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical/functional specifications with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP Planning applications, working on different modules including Supply Planning / MRP, Forecasting, Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Gather requirements for end-to-end Supply Chain Planning, including planning business processes, identifying potential areas of improvement and new development, and automating processes to reduce cycle times and improve productivity.
- Lead and develop solutions in supply chain planning by focusing on identified gaps in meeting business requirements.
- Attend and conduct customer workshops to understand end-to-end business process requirements.
- Configure the supply chain planning systems to support business requirements and design different seeded resources including worksheets/workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and application of different control sets.
- Support data integration/data skills with multiple sources and target systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including IT, business leaders, external IT partners, business partners, end users, and team members to develop business problem statements and initiate leading solution development as required by adhering to the organizational guidelines and processes.
- Represent end client and work with implementation partner to ensure solutions are built correctly.
Qualifications:
- Strong functional and Rapid Response analytics knowledge in Demand Planning, Supply & Production Planning, Inventory Optimization, Constrained Planning, Sales, and Operations Planning (S&OP).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain module implementation using Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Implemented 3+ supply chain planning projects end-to-end.
- Possess good understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response data management, data modeling, key control settings and analytics, with exposure to integrating legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management in Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Hands-on experience maintaining Kinaxis Solutions & Environments and configuring Workbooks, Worksheets, Reports, Forms, and Scripts in Rapid Response based on the solution design requirements.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance (Material Master, BOM, Work center, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, Source list, Schedule agreements, Contracts etc.).
- Deep knowledge in Kinaxis RR integration with SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years focused in Supply Chain Management.
- 5+ years in Planning.
- Life Science or BioPharma industry experience helpful.
