A downtown NYC based Asset Management firm is seeking an experienced Assistant to provide administrative support coverage on a floating basis. The role will be responsible for all classic corporate administrative tasks with ability to take on some project-based work! The firm has a great culture and offers strong compensation packages (base salary + OT + benefits)! This is a fully in person role with 5 days in office.
Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Prepare expense reports
- Act as backup support to additional teams within the firm
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ year's administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
