Job Description:
Education & Experience Required:
Accredited 4-yr Engineering degree and/or technical degree plus 5+ years of Engine product development experience, including two or more of the following: engine design, performance, validation, new technology introduction, manufacturing, and/or test
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex technical projects
- Engine-specific design, application, and/or test experience
- New product introduction team lead experience
- Experienced collaboration with L5 application engineering teams and L3 component design teams during NPI and/or NTI programs
- NPI Team Lead Experience
Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and proven decision-making skills
- Ability to work multiple high-paced complex projects concurrently and drive them to timely resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all management levels
- Continuous learner
