Akkodis is seeking multiple Senior Project Managers (IT PMO) to support our client in Princeton, NJ. Candidates would be working within a PMO environment supporting projects across multiple divisions.
We are seeking local candidates only as these are hybrid roles requiring 2 days onsite.
Rate range: $75.00 to $85.00 per hour based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. only w2.
Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager (IT PMO) include:
- Master the end-to-end business process cycles (OTC, PTP, WM, TM, POD, etc.)
- Becoming fluent with the entire IT landscape (core systems, secondary systems, interfaces, etc.)
- Reviewing business requirements and understanding business rationale and the end goal
- Comparing multiple vendor solutions against the business requirements and preparing analysis
- Presenting analysis to executive leadership and delivering recommendations for decision making
- Building detailed budgets and managing project expenses within the approved limits
- Developing project timelines, meeting the defined milestones and ensuring on time deliveries
- Identifying resource requirements and managing the assets bandwidth
Required skills and experience for the Senior Project Manager (IT PMO):
- 10+ years of proven experience managing IT projects.
- Experience working in a commercial pharma environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management). MBA preferred.
- PMP Certification Preferred
- Experience with Workday, Veeva, Digital Analytics, Ingenius, Omni ChannelExperience with various distribution systems and platforms (Web, ERP, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Final Mile Delivery)
- Fluent in distribution practices and processes both upstream (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoicing) and downstream (Receiving, Selection, Inventory Control)
