Position: Provider Contract Analyst
Client: Large Payer Client

Overview:
The Provider Contract Analyst will be responsible for managing communications with healthcare providers regarding new Medicaid contracts and requirements to support a TX Medicaid initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to providers to verify contract participation
- Validate provider compliance with Medicaid regulations
- Document all communications and updates for new and existing contracts
- Assist in resolving any contract-related issues or dispute
- Participate in negotiations with provider networks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in contract management, preferably in the Medicaid Managed Care sector.
- Experience with Texas Medicaid
- Understanding of provider recruitment process and experience with key activities incl. negotiations, compliance verifications and engagement strategy
- Behavioral Health experience is a nice to have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
