The Head of HR will be responsible for designing and leading the human resources strategy to support the company’s mission in clean energy. You'll be the first hire in HR, reporting to the C-Suite and building a team to provide support for talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development programs across the organization. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace, and fosters a culture of sustainability. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in HR operations in a technical industry setting are the keys to your success in this position.
The ideal candidate has experience in high-growth and large company settings including multi-state and/or international exposure. Experience in manufacturing or similar industrial setting is required, energy experience highly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in a primarily on-site environment and supporting hiring and employee initiatives for a broad range of technical backgrounds.
