EA for the Director of Operations, VP of Operations and HR Director.
Selected candidate will be someone who can handle heavy calendaring for very busy executives that have high expectations. Needs someone who thrives at a fast pace, and is someone who “gets it and runs with it”, and will invest time to anticipate needs, requires little direction after they are comfortable in the role. Event planning for two locations, pays invoices, monitor projects, strong PowerPoint and Excel. Would like someone who can eventually check their email and respond on their behalf as well as developing agendas, arranges large meetings, arranges seating, and can also chair meetings while recommending action plans, sign for executive by knowing how they would want situation handled and knowing policy and procedures. Additionally meet with typesetters and publishers to publish communications materials, monitor and forecast budget, interview and train administrative staff and provide input for performance evaluations. Will additionally act as spokesperson for the executive within the organization concerning departmental or divisional issues while using discretion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
