Senior Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop maintenance programs, ensuring safety, quality and operational efficiency
- Oversee maintenance activities, manage downtime events and drive continuous improvement
- Supervise and develop staff, manage resources and coordinate planned shutdowns
Senior Maintenance Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in food/pharmaceuticals manufacturing
- 5+ years of management experience
- Knowledge of FDA, OSHA and safety regulations
