The Opportunity
As a Shared Services Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our thriving dental practice, ensuring seamless operations and a positive workplace culture. Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, encompassing HR responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and conducting performance reviews. You'll collaborate with external vendors to manage facility-related tasks and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver top-notch training modules.
HR Responsibilities:
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with external vendors (cleaners, maintenance) and manage facility-related tasks.
• Maintain and improve the LMS system and training modules.
• Oversee staff birthdays and monthly team gatherings to build a positive culture.
• Provide support for staff training and certification processes.
Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill staffing gaps.
• Enhance current recruiting resources and practices.
• Support the dental assistance program, managing staffing.
Operational Support:
• Ensure communication is clear and proactive within the team.
• Be the go-to person for staff inquiries and facility issues.
• Keep organized schedules for all facility-related activities.
• Manage coverage and scheduling adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:
• Experience in privately owned businesses is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with HR and recruitment software (experience with BirdDog is advantageous).
• Competency with dental software platforms and practice management services.
• Excel skills are desirable but not mandatory.
