Corporate Associate Attorney-Capital Markets
Prominent mid-sized law firm with close to 80 attorneys in the corporate practice group is seeking to hire a Securities/Capital markets attorney for their growing practice. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of law firm experience in securities, capital markets and other transactional matters for public and private companies, including related M&A.
