A prestigious Am Law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The AR Coordinator will collaborate with the Attorney Recruiting team and other departments to support various attorney hiring efforts, including law students, lateral attorneys, entry-level associates, and temporary attorneys. The position is available in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA & will be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews for candidates, including call-back interviews and processing evaluations.
- Draft and finalize attorney offer letters and manage negotiation of terms.
- Handle new hire processing, including background checks, conflicts checks, and expense coordination.
- Generate reports and manage recruiting databases such as LawCruit, Workday, and Smartsheet.
- Maintain relationships with universities, search firms, and candidates.
- Assist with Summer Program events, candidate evaluations, and on-campus interviews.
- Coordinate partner recruiting interviews and lateral hiring processes, including pre-arrival activities.
- Collaborate with other departments for orientation, temporary staffing needs, and immigration applications for new hires.
- Support various programs, presentations, and recruitment events.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Knowledge of attorney recruiting processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all firm personnel and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems like Workday and LawCruit.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
