Seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Engineer. The job description includes working with other engineers on the design of power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems for educational, commercial, government, religious, and industrial buildings. Other responsibilities include construction administration consisting of reviewing contractor equipment submittals and inspecting contractor installations to ensure the systems are installed according to the design documents.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain registration reciprocity is required
- Technical production skills are necessary and require a demonstrated ability to effectively produce design and construction documents
- Understanding of relevant codes
- Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
- Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients
- Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others
- Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversight
