Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Attorney at Fochler Veterans Law in Charlotte, NC, with the flexibility to work remotely. The Attorney will be responsible for legal representation, legal research, case assessment, and client communication.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- VA Accreditation and 1+ year experience in VA law
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and client representation
