A construction company local to Colorado Springs, Colorado is looking for a Superintendent to join their team. This individual will be responsible for managing the subcontractors in the field and overseeing self-perform work activities. They will be responsible for jobsite safety and keeping daily records of construction activities. They will also prepare schedules and participate in interviews to win future work.
Must haves:
- 5 years of experience as a superintendent within the construction industry in k-12, higher education, security, healthcare, and/or municipality
- OSHA safety training
