Position Summary
The Ad Ops Associate will be a key member of the media activation team and will work closely with internal stakeholders (including Planners, Account, Data, Development and QC) as well as external stakeholders (including clients, Demand-Side Platform partners, technology partners, and ad agencies). The ideal candidate can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully balance/prioritize workload, all while executing and communicating in an efficient and professional manner. The candidate must be a quick learner of proprietary tools and technologies, while providing outstanding customer service to our key strategic partners and sales team counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise
- Assists in the setup, trafficking, and management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Uploads and configures ad creative, ensuring correct targeting and delivery parameters.
- Conduct thorough QC checks on campaigns to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
- Compile and analyze campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and performance.
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics accounts, including creating custom reports, key events, and tracking parameters to measure campaign performance accurately.
- Implement, QC, and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers and tags, ensuring proper tracking of website events and conversions. Monitor tag performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns and improving overall website performance.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign, container, and property: Setups, changes, and performance metrics.
Client Centric
- Assist in enhancing client satisfaction by supporting the delivery of exceptional campaigns.
- Participate in client and media partner calls, update project status, and build relationships.
- Build rapport with media partners to safeguard clients' interests.
- Take meticulous notes, send recaps, maintain status documents, and respond efficiently to client requests.

- Engages in client and media partner calls as needed, communicating project status clearly.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
Years of Experience
- 0-2 years minimum experience working in an agency
- Internship or some experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or web analytics is a plus.
- Pharma Industry experience a plus

- Knowledge of and openness to learning: DoubleClick, Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Vivvix, and other self-service platforms
- Strong knowledge of office productivity applications: Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides, Microsoft Word / Google Docs
