Client description:
Client, a commercial refrigeration manufacturer with 40+ years of industry expertise
Duties:
1. Provide technical support for refrigeration systems via phone.
2. Assist with installation and start-up inquiries.
3. Diagnose service issues and recommend corrective actions.
4. Process and approve warranty claims per company guidelines.
5. Coordinate warranty service calls with authorized providers.
6. Review and collect warranty and service data for product improvement.
7. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product and process improvements.
Required Skills:
1. 4+ years in commercial refrigeration (installation & service).
2. HVACR license preferred.
3. Strong customer service and phone etiquette.
4. Excellent communication, people, and time management skills.
5. Willingness to travel occasionally for field support.
6. Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience (M1, Oracle, SAP, Syteline) is a plus.
