What is the job?
We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring projects and operational efforts meet objectives through the development and implementation of change strategies and plans to transition individuals, groups, and the organization from the current state to desired future state.
What do you need to be able to do?
As the Organizational Change Management Lead, you will:
- Lead the creation of new change management processes and services.
- Provide guidance on complex, enterprise-wide projects.
- Serve as an expert in change management.
- Lead the development and execution of strategies for significant organizational changes, key employee initiatives, and large-scale transformations.
- Oversee change management activities using a structured approach and appropriate tools.
- Enhance change management skills among leadership and project teams.
- Define project scope to address impacts, change management tasks, and resource requirements.
- Identify and implement ways to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Create and deliver presentations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance employee experience, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with enterprise goals and internal branding.
- Partner with functional teams to comprehend and document the impacts of change.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and satisfaction by understanding their needs, listening attentively, and proactively addressing concerns.
What are the requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Prosci certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred
- 8+ years of experience in business communications, stakeholder assessments and project execution support
- Experience managing and leading teams (full-time employees and contractors)
- Experience with OCM methodology & implementation
- Focus on building, delivering, and maintaining change management efforts impacting people, process and technology
