SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY:
As an Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst (ERP) you'll play an integral role at Allied Stone Inc. We are looking for a self-starter that can help us build, develop, and mature our current ERP systems as well as look ahead for future company needs and requirements. Assist by gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and helping to develop the ERP road map. Our ERP user experience, acceptance and ease of use is of great importance to us; therefore the ERP analyst should enjoy all aspects of ERP planning, development, customization, ease of user for adoption/employees and working with the project leads to develop our internal business best practices within the system.
Allied is currently reviewing all ERP systems. This position has a unique opportunity to participate in an on-going ERP evaluation process with the possibility to assist in rolling out a new ERP system company wide. This role has a broad scope and requires high autonomy on a small team. You will work closely with the rest of the systems team to build and interpret business needs. The position is ideal for someone with relevant experience within ERP systems and offers significant room to grow.
We are looking for someone with not only an understanding of ERP systems but also someone with strong integration skills, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement.
Essential Functions:
Day-to-day Support and administration of the Company's Cabinet ERP System and applications
Create and maintain documentation for system configuration, processes, interfaces, and common troubleshooting steps
Help maintain the companies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as they relate to ERP systems
Provide monitoring and troubleshooting of integration point between ERP system and external applications as defined by business processes and technical documentation
Collaborate with application end users and IT teams to support system upgrades, new processes, and initiatives
Build/Configure, implement new modules and systems. Develop custom screens and interfaces as needed to support organizational growth
Monitor security and application access related issues
Create and maintain workflow route definition, and user role/ route assignments (approvals/work bench/status workflow)
Assist in maintaining system standards, security, and cleanliness of data
Liaison with projects team and take an active role in participating in ERP related projects
Analyzes business process issues and/or problems and provides consulting assistance to system users; conducts research on possible solutions and makes recommendations based on findings.
Daily response to support tickets, triage, execute and escalation if needed

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TRAINING):
Required Experience:
3-5 years of ERP implementation or functional support in a cross functional generalist capacity (Cabinet Manufacturing/stone yard/stone slab inventory/furniture industry experience is a plus)
ERP experience with accounting, procurement, accounts payable, sales, customer relationship management, accounts receivable, inventory, warehouse management, supply chain and system administration modules are an asset:

Understanding of relational databases
Must have prior practical SQL and DBA experiences
Strong SQL coding experience, able to create/understand complicated queries and stored procedures.
Experience in creating and maintaining user and technical documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and user help materials
Experience with test planning, documentation, execution, bug/issue triage/tracking
Experience in providing information and data to management on an ad-hoc and required basis
Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite & Smartsheet
Preferred Experience:
Experience with software development life cycles
Spanish language fluency

Work Environment:
This position will be located at our cabinetry facility in DeSoto, TX. This location has both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. This position will work primarily in an office setting, but this position may involve entering a manufacturing area at times.
Physical Demands:
There are little to no physical demands expected of this position.
Travel Required:
Periodic travel to other office locations in Texas and/or Oklahoma may be periodically required. This position will mainly be onsite in DeSoto
