Responsibilities of the Payroll Technician:
- Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for a specified number of employees.
- Time Entry Management: Ensure accurate entry of employee hours and attendance records.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve any discrepancies in payroll data.
- Communication: Reach out to employees to address and correct any mistakes or inconsistencies in their time entries.
Top Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Payroll.
- Experience with a PeopleSoft payroll software
- Excellent professional communication + attention to detail.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge or experience with Kronos Telestaff and similar UKG products.
- Customer Service experience.
