We are expanding our operations in the U.S. and seeking an experienced Event/Conference Planner to join our team in Las Vegas.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in executing business strategies, overseeing event and product development projects, and ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while managing project resources effectively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations.
- Track project progress, provide status updates, and ensure all project documentation is maintained in internal project management systems.
- Coordinate and book event meeting and conference spaces, overseeing all logistics and registration processes.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and venues, ensuring favorable terms and accuracy.
- Analyze and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify common pain points and trends, translating these into actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the development team, to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market demands and opportunities for innovation in our SaaS products.
- Address and resolve project issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Mandarin-English or Spanish-English.
- Experience in the hospitality, event planning, travel, or expo industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.
