TITLE: ASSOCIATE/SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
SALARY: DOE - $125k – 135k
SCHEDULE: Hybrid – 2 days in the office
LOCATION: Can work from Tustin or San Marino office
QUALIFICATIONS:
BSME or related with PE license, and 10+ years of experience in engineering evaluation of building mechanical systems with some knowledge of electrical and fire protection systems
Project Management experience
Strong HVAC systems experience
Basic knowledge of electrical and fire protection systems.
Experience in energy audits, commissioning, sustainability, and facilities engineering
Perform energy audits, commissioning, construction management.
Perform evaluations of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems
LEED certificate is a plus
Proficiency in Bluebeam and PlanGrid
