Our client is looking to add a Non-Ferrous Recovery Manager to their team. The NF Recovery Manager oversees the processing and treatment of Auto Shredder Residue and manages nonferrous metal recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities Non-Ferrous Recovery Manager:
- Oversee daily operations, including picker/cleaner assignments.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Shredder, and other managers for plant optimization.
- Maintain safe working environments and assist in safety training.
- Monitor and improve production efficiency and metal recovery.
- Lead department staff and manage work schedules.
- Stay updated on NF metal separation technology.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor quality control and inventory compliance.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and production reports.
Job Qualifications Non-Ferrous Recovery Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience.
- Managerial experience with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of auto shredder residue treatment systems and equipment operation.
- Ability to manage production metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
