WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Under general direction, responsible for complex planning activities related to equipment layouts in plant, office, and production facilities.
- Conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow considering the maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel, while ensuring workplace safety.
- Evaluates and presents findings using formal written quantitative presentation methods.
- Proposes alternatives for materials specifications and qualifying suppliers in order to prepare cost forecasts.
- Recommends the production methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and/or processes.
- Coordinates the preparation of project designs and inspects their implementation.
- May assign work to drafters and technicians.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Expert Knowledge of technical plans, blueprints, drawings.
- Understanding of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the engineering field. Excellent oral and written communications skills.
WHAT WE OFFER
This position is 100% onsite in the Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $100k-$120k and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
