Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
- Leading the design and development of new training programs.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior training staff.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Managing training budgets and resources.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Contributing to the overall development and implementation of the organization's training strategy.
- A Senior Training Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of employees within an organization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Experienced with training content development using the ADDIE Model.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience creating eLearning content in Articulate Storyline and instructor led training materials including instructor guides, student guides, and assessments.
- Instructional Technology degree preferred.
