SUMMARY: Effectively oversee multiple strategic projects across various domains from inception to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Manage complex projects, demonstrating strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in project related financial management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
· Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
· Oversee the implementation of an enterprise eCommerce project.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business needs.
· Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
· Manage the migration to an enterprise data warehouse or similar infrastructure.
· Work with IT and data teams to ensure seamless data integration and migration.
· Track project performance and address any challenges that arise.
· Implement and promote Agile practices within project teams, ensuring continuous improvement.
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
· Oversee project budgets and financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
· Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
· Translate technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
· Manage conflict and facilitate resolution among project team members and stakeholders.
· Utilize project management tools and set up SharePoint sites for project documentation and collaboration.
· Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear documentation of decisions and actions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a four‑year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in managing enterprise commerce packages in B2B and B2B2C environments. Strong background in Agile methodologies and practices.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: PMP or similar project management certification required. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
