Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization meets all contractual and performance expectations in regards to quality, timeliness and change management implementation
- Serve as liaison and primary contact for prime or subcontractors regarding contract performance
- Manage the relationship with the prime and subcontractors
- Ensure responsiveness to performance standards, Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and internal audit findings
- Review findings for appropriateness and implement timely changes as appropriate
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 years of healthcare experience of which 2 years are management experience
- 3 years of experience in account management or major supervisory role as a healthcare payer
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
The salary range for this position is $87,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
