Onsite in Charlotte, NC 5 days per week
6 Month Contract to Hire – Will go full time.
Rate: $22-30hr based upon experience
Hours are normal businesss hours, you can choose to work any of the below hours depending on your personal schedule. 7:30am – 3:30pm, 8:00am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm (flexible as long as you are there from 9-3:30pm)
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a desktop support or technical support role
Experience with a ticketing system (ServiceNow is what the team uses now)
Experience troubleshooting through Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products
Experience troubleshooting through basic A/V issues as needed
Excellent communication

Troubleshooting through printer issues and mail issues, as well as some server and networking (VPN issues or Internet issues) issues as needed
Troubleshooting and resolving issues deskside with users
Troubleshooting and resolving conference room equipment issues (computers/microphones connecting to screens/projectors, etc)
