The Bilingual Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in Spanish and English for our client in North OKC. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in both languages.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with customers in both languages.
- Translate customer concerns and solutions accurately.
- Ensure all interactions are documented correctly in the system.
- Identify and resolve customer issues using appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist customers with purchasing products or services (if applicable).
- Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share feedback and insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Follow regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional language certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
- Experience working in a bilingual environment is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
