The Nurse Manager ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions of the unit. The Nurse Manager collaborates with other members of the management team while evaluating the nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures. The Nurse Manager must also assure that staff models a commitment to the organization’s mission to support a positive patient experience and improve clinical outcomes contributing to the overall departmental and corporation performance.
We require:
· 3-5 years’ experience Behavioral Health Sciences (preferred)
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
· Current valid RN licensure
· BLS certification
· ACLS certification a plus
· Must demonstrate leadership qualities
Salary- $111,538
