Responsibilities:
- Create and evaluate sales proposals for advanced electrical solutions to assess feasibility and competitiveness in the market.
- Draft and refine proposal responses and related sales documentation.
- Collaborate with an international team to compile comprehensive bid packages for clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry structures, applications, trends, and challenges.
- Identify and understand clients’ key business objectives, operations, and requirements.
- Align a full range of company products and services to address client needs effectively.
- Validate the technical components of proposals to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Partner with supply chain teams to obtain quotes from subcontractors.
- Apply critical thinking to resolve complex, cross-functional issues effectively.
- Stay informed about market dynamics and competition relevant to utility solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; background in electrical solutions or construction is advantageous.
- Experience in bid/proposal processes is essential, along with familiarity with customer and competitor landscapes.
- Proven ability to set up and manage self-performed work.
- Track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs.
