About:
Fast growing healthcare-focused architectural firm with an immediate opening for a qualified full-time Project Architect/ Project Manager to join our growing team.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of design and technical experience in an architectural field.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters’ in Architecture from an accredited university/ program. Professional license a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite required. Twinmotion experience a plus.
- Health Care architecture experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations.
- Well-versed in building systems and able to lead production of construction documents.
- Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Supervise and manage work of project team members to provide direction, organization, and quality control reviews.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Healthcare experience preferred, though not required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship and be a current resident of the contiguous United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all stages of complex architectural projects including programming, design, presentation drawings, construction document, specifications, construction administration, project management, and client contact through project closeout.
- Track project schedules, budget, and deliverable requirements
- Provide interdisciplinary coordination with consultants, and coordinate with AHJs to ensure project code compliance.
- Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types.
- Work directly to maintain communication with the project team and Principals, and lead and mentor junior team members.
