As a Customer Relations Receptionist, you will serve business customers by receiving customer calls for service/supply orders, dispatch service technicians, and perform clerical and data entry tasks.

As a Customer Service Receptionist for OBM, you will be working for a strong local company supporting products and solutions provided by a world-class leader in the business technology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally and courteously receive and direct incoming calls.
- Efficiently handle customer calls for service/supply orders or inquiries.
- Meet and greet visitors to the downtown Cleveland office/showroom.
- Perform all activities in accordance with policies and procedures to maintain customer loyalty.
- Serve as a customer service leader through a willingness to work cohesively with other departments.
- Dispatch technicians into ERP system.
- Provide administrative support to technicians and field management.
- Enter data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving problems.
- Accomplish department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
