Job title: Data Entry Specialist (Platform Specialist)
Duration: 9 months (Potential of conversion into permanent)
Location: Williamsville, NY 14221
Please note, this role will be onsite for the first 30-60 days, with the potential to transition to a hybrid arrangement afterward.
Overview:
- The Platform Specialist will handle unique or complex transactions outside of the platform, as needed. This role is an established and productive individual contributor responsible for processing customer transactions and/or updating, correcting, or altering transactions as requested.
- The primary focus of this role is to provide data entry and transactional support to process business actions that are not automated through other tools. The Platform Specialist will address platform inquiries with speed and accuracy and perform to required service level agreements (SLAs). You review and verify the accuracy of the request and transaction and complete the transaction accordingly.

- Generate data quality reports and metrics and provide insights.
- General support for the team
Knowledge And Skills:
- Knowledge of professional, effective communication techniques.
- Skilled in personal computing including Microsoft programs such as Outlook and Excel. Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work as a team member. Analyze data to provide meaningful insights and trends. Able to prioritize and operate with urgency and results-oriented.
Requirements:
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience or minimum 3-year experience in functional area. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years functional experience, preferably at a senior level. Has a substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
