Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the fall protection space who offer an amazing culture, hands-on leadership, and a team that enjoys showing up everyday!
As an experienced Foreman in the construction, metal fabrication, or fall protection industries you will know this is a rare find!
This role will suit a Foreman who is looking to be part of the solutions and offer exceptional customer experiences while overseeing job sites and deliverables across the USA. Prior experience working at high heights will be valuable as a lot of work is done at roof level.
Flexibility is required to fly/drive to the required job site as needed. Projects are scheduled Monday - Friday and can require the day to be as short as 6 hours, or as long as 12 hours.
Ideally, you will have Foreman experience from construction or manufacturing, be well versed in OSHA and Fall Protection Training would be a benefit.
