Summary:

- Pay Range: $130,000/year to $140,000/year (open for negotiation)
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.)
Compensation structure is competitive base salary (+) bonuses (+) full benefits package w/ 401k.
Position Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Director of Professional Services who will lead the delivery of results, manage project and service strategies, and contribute to the leadership team. This role involves developing teams and leaders to support the organization’s growth and exceed client expectations. The Director should be a strategic thinker and team player, able to solve complex business problems, unite teams with differing viewpoints, and ensure clear solutions through effective project management and customer relations.
Job Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership: Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency across service lines and projects.
- Project Management: Lead the creation of project charters, engagement plans, and governance frameworks.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for new services and build relationships with clients and partners.
- Client Relations: Oversee client projects to ensure timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Client Satisfaction: Cultivate feedback and implement improvements to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team; foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Financial Management: Oversee portfolio P&L, track financial performance, and implement cost control measures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible management consulting leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing delivery strategies that ensure timely, efficient, and profitable project and service delivery.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics.
