LHH is seeking a VP of Information Technology to join our client's team in Modesto, CA. The VP of Technology will spearhead the strategic direction and modernization of our client's technical infrastructure to support critical business needs. This role involves leading the company's digital transformation including core operations, information security, customer service, data analytics, project management, network management, user experience (UX), software development, and vendor relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Experience with ERP systems and other enterprise software solutions including implementation.

Candidate Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
Physical Requirements:
Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires the following percentages of time committed to physical activity: 50% or more sitting, 25% or less walking, and 25% or more standing. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and primarily in an office environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift to 25 lbs. is required.
Other Requirements:
Requires working six days a week during our harvest season, which usually lasts about 10 weeks from July to September. During this time, shift schedule may vary.
