A nationwide company that provides Third Party Logistics Warehousing services is searching for a dynamic and driven Warehouse Supervisor to join the team. The company is experiencing significant growth. This position will be providing support for new and existing accounts, supporting the company initiatives and customer service objectives.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor 3PL at Level Resources in Fort Worth, TX. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and leading a team of warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations and logistics management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish/English
