Our client in the northwest suburbs is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist that is focused on Health & Safety to join their growing team!
Summary:
• Lead and manage Health & Safety programs, ensuring compliance with local HS&E laws and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, accident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out effectively.
• Coordinate environmental activities and sustainability campaigns.
• Provide ongoing Health & Safety training, and conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure standards are maintained.
Experience
• Minimum 3 - 5 years
• Qualified Internal & Lead Auditor
• Authority to stop work when deemed unsafe
• Good Distribution Practices
