- The office is in Center City, Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid position - three days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursdays), two days remote (Mondays & Fridays) per week. Core hours are 7:00 to 8:00 AM - 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
Overview
Our client implemented a new Customer Care & Billing system in February 2024, which is heavily used by Customer Care Center teams. Considering this initiative, a new hire curriculum needs to be rebuilt and rewritten following the ADDIE process. The Instructional Designer will ultimately be responsible for creating web-based instructor-led materials using Articulate Storyline. Furthermore, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating training videos using Vyond. The Instructional Designer will work with Trainers who are subject matter experts in “all things” contact center to capture relevant information and translate into trainings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
- Experience creating eLearning content, wed-based trainings, and instructor led training materials such as instructor guides, student guides, and assessments using Articulate Storyline.
- Experience creating video-based training using Vyond.
- Experience creating training content following the ADDIE model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Instructional Technology degree.
- Experience creating content for call center operations.
