Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Web Redesign: Take the initiative in redesigning and reworking our website to enhance user experience and content effectiveness.
- Content Creation & Management: Write, update, and enhance both new and existing content to make it more engaging and informative. Oversee content publication, ensuring it aligns with Agile methodologies and sprint stories.
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine content and presentation strategies that resonate with our audience and align with Agile principles.
- Proofreading & Editing: Ensure all content is meticulously proofread and edited before publication.
- Web Page Updates: Present web page updates for review and approval, ensuring they meet professional standards and strategic objectives.
- Content Strategy Enhancement: Propose and implement improvements to the content strategy, leveraging Agile at scale to meet organizational goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance, providing detailed reports and insights to the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that support our Agile Practice.
- SharePoint Management: Utilize Microsoft SharePoint effectively to ensure the site is professional, functional, and user-friendly.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: Sharepoint, Agile, HTML.
- Agile Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile at scale, including the ability to understand and curate content accordingly.
- Web Content & Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing web content and presentation strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and HTML, with a solid understanding of UX design principles.
- Creative & Engaging Content: Track record of creating innovative and engaging content that captures audience interest.
- Education: Preferably holds an IT-related degree or equivalent experience.
- Team & Independent Work: Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
