We are recruiting for our client, awarded best place to work in Atlanta, and they are searching for a Project Manager to join their team!
In this newly created direct-hire (full-time) position, you will manage several projects focused on upgrading and migrating key internal software systems. Each of these projects has 5-6 software engineers utilizing a mostly lean / scrum / iterative methodology. The key to this role is being an adaptable PM who can look at the current process and fill gaps, provide timely updates to stakeholders, and coordinate 2 week iterative meetings. Successful coordination and communication is paramount.
Over time, this role could eventually head up the PMO and possibly help bring in another 1-2 PMs.
This position is hybrid (a couple days in the ITP Atlanta office) each week. Salary and employee benefits are fantastic!
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ Years of Software Project Management (SQL / .NET / JavaScript Frameworks / JIRA)
- Experience with a variety of Methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall, etc)
- Excellent Communication & Organizational Skills
