As an SR1 Marketing and Fundraising Strategist, you will be central to elevating our marketing and fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and fundraising strategies in line with the organization's objectives, focusing on community equity and rural development.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in rural areas, adjusting strategies to meet community needs.
2. Marketing Execution:
- Craft and manage innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, with a focus on digital, print, and social media, to effectively convey our mission and engage potential donors and partners.
- Work closely with the content team to create impactful materials that resonate with our mission and the needs of rural communities.
- Evaluate the success of marketing efforts, utilizing data to refine and optimize future campaigns.
3. Fundraising Management:
- Organize and manage fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring clear objectives are set and met.
- Build and nurture relationships with donors, sponsors, and key stakeholders, maintaining an ongoing dialogue and engagement.
- Provide a seamless and personalized donor experience through strategic communication and recognition efforts.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary liaison for marketing and fundraising inquiries, cultivating robust relationships with teams, partners, and the community.
- Regularly report to management and stakeholders, offering insights, updates, and informed recommendations.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
- Formulate and administer budgets for marketing and fundraising activities, guaranteeing efficient resource use and maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:
