What You’ll Do:
As our General Manager, you’ll wear many hats, but the most important one is leader. You’ll be at the helm of everything from operations and guest services to team development and financial strategy. Here’s a taste of what your days will look like:
● Be the heartbeat of the hotel: Oversee all day-to-day operations—guest relations, housekeeping, maintenance, and more—while making sure our hotel feels like a home away from home for every visitor.
● Inspire and empower your team: Hire, mentor, and develop an incredible group of hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering superior service.
● Drive success: Manage the hotel’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and creating strategies to maximize revenue.
● Stay ahead of the curve: Implement innovative programs to keep our hotel at the forefront of the market, creating new opportunities in response to shifting trends.
● Keep it personal: You’ll be a visible presence at the hotel and in the local community, building relationships and making sure everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the reins and lead with heart. To succeed in this role, you should have:
● A talent for creating a warm and welcoming hospitality culture.
● At least three years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
● A solid understanding of local competition and industry trends.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire your team to deliver their best.
● Top-notch communication skills—whether it’s written, verbal, or just the way you connect with others.
● Financial savvy and experience with hotel PMS and relevant software.
● Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
