An MSP Creative Recruiter is responsible for placing candidates with clients. They will do this through sourcing & qualifying candidates for open jobs, as well as proactively building and nurturing a pipeline of candidates with backgrounds in our space.
Responsibilities:
- Scrub, edit and complete job posting in Bullhorn for public posting
- Promote job order internally
- Post and manage job to LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Review and clear all inbound leads/ unreviewed submissions tied to job
- Independently develop and build relationships with candidates via our internal database, job boards, social networking, portfolio sites, and networking events, or other professional events within your discretion
- Proactively build and independently nurture a pipeline of talent with backgrounds within our specialty for anticipated future client needs based on your unique relationship and/or knowledge of Onward clients
- Source, app and submit candidates for our priority open job orders
- Complete the formal submission template when submitting candidates to open jobs
- Ensure the candidate received an interview invitation and interview instructions
- Conduct an interview prep call (or zoom) with the candidate; provide the Interview Prep PDF
- Conduct an interview debrief call (or zoom) with the candidate immediately following the interview to pre-close the candidate; provide the BDM or CSM with candidate feedback, next availability and thank you note
- Manage the offer process with the candidate
- Ensure the candidate is compliant and ready to start their assignment by the scheduled start date
- Management of working professionals once they’ve been placed (assists with timecard issues as needed, confirms assignment end dates, manages extensions, completes QCTs, etc)
- Gather references from candidates' previous employers to validate work history, performance, accomplishments, skills & areas of improvement, as well as to gather competitive leads for our sales team
- Consistently deliver at, or higher than, stated KPI targets
- Consistently demonstrate Onward core values, both internally and externally
How success is measured:
- Candidate sub to interview ratios
- Interview to lock ratios
- NPS scores
- Fill ratios
- Lock target achievement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the creative staffing industry in the MSP/VMS space.
- Must have strong ability to follow candidate control best practices and pre-closing tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, KPI-driven environment
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 (based on experience). This position is commission eligible. Comprehensive benefits and PTO package to include 401K also included.
