About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional Consultant to lead and optimize SAP Transportation Management solutions within the energy sector. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between complex business requirements and SAP TM capabilities.
Client prefers the consultant to be local to the Phoenix area
If Remote, 1-2 months onsite, later must be able to travel as the client demands
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze transportation management requirements and business processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP TM modules for transportation planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Lead system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Customize and enhance SAP TM functionalities to meet specific client needs.
- Provide end-user training, support, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- SAP TM Certification with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO, business process analysis, and master data management.
- Proven experience in the energy sector, particularly in supply chain and transportation management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- SAP TM or related certifications are a plus.
