WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
- Provides crucial administrative support to the Vice President and serves as a key liaison for high-level executives, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Manages essential tasks such as scheduling, corporate communications, and email distribution, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
- Organizes large-scale events and meetings, handling logistics and vendor relations to ensure successful execution of high-profile functions.
- Oversees office maintenance, staff moves, and space planning while coordinating with property management to resolve any issues.
- Handles monthly payments, expense reports, and security access, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in executive administrative support, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Concur, and Oracle.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information, with a willingness to learn internal software systems.
