New Business Administrator

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts, preferred
- Insurance License or Securities License, preferred
- Experience with processing important, detailed paperwork, specifically with Investment and insurance applications and transfers, preferred
- Ability to work on the phone with business partners and clients
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
- Excellent communication; both verbal and written
- Strong follow-through
- Self-directed initiative
- Process driven
Responsibilities:
Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service, you will:
- Prioritize day to day tasks and issues
- Assist clients with completing all forms needed when forwarded to insurance/security agencies
- Complete and process all applications for business submitted by agents
- Maintain database programs
- Respond to client inquiries as needed, being the liaison between SWAN team and clients
- Resolve client concerns in a timely fashion and with creative problem-solving to provide the ultimate client experience
- Follow-up on pending business with companies and clients
- Completing conference call with carriers and clients
- Conduct regular touch point calls with clients to follow-up during onboarding process
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required by management
